摘要(Abstract)：
通过对巴马格SW46-1S-600型卷绕头四卷装改八卷装的改造,在设备改动极小的情况下,增加了品种,提高了产量。但该项改造在PA66生产中遇到了卷绕成型不良及纤维染色不匀的问题。通过对两种不同改造方法的分析,阐述了造成成型不良及染色不匀的原因,并有针对性地采取了解决办法及对策,取得了理想效果。
Through the modification on winders of Barmag SW46-1S-600 from 4 bobbins to 8 bobbins, just the slight modification on the spinning machine, the varieties of products and output were increased. But it also met with tough problems on dyeing and package formation. By analyzing to two different modifying methods, the thesis stated the reasons of the bad package formation and uneven dyeing, concluded a corresponding solution and achieved expected results.
