阳离子涤纶——涤纶复合预取向丝的生产工艺

摘要(Abstract):

探讨了采用双组分纺丝机生产95 dtex/72 f阳离子染料可染涤纶—普通涤纶(阳涤)复合预取向丝的生产工艺。结果表明:对普通涤纶和阳离子可染涤纶两种组分分开控制温度、上油和预网络,可达到更优良的双色效果;选用侧吹风有效长度和油嘴高度分别为800 mm和1 100 mm,冷却风速0.35 m/s时,可以使纤维的条干不匀率最小。
The production processes of 95 dtex/72 f cation-dyed polyester(CDPET)-polyester(PET)compositepartially oriented yarn by bicomponent spinning machine are discussed. The results show that the spinningtemperature, oiling and pre-interlacing of PET and CDPET are controlled separately, better double color ef-fect can achieved. The unevenness of the fiber is the minimum when the effective length of lateral blow andthe height of oil nozzle are 800 mm and 1 100 mm, lateral blow speed is 0.35 m/s.
