熔纺与干纺氨纶结构与性能的研究

摘要(Abstract):

研究了熔纺与干纺氨纶的物理机械性能,两种纤维的性能基本相似,但干纺氨纶的回弹性和耐热性明显优于熔纺氨纶,从两种纤维结构分析,得出纤维的优异性能与微相分离结构密切相关。
The structure and properties of melt-spinning and dry-spinning spandex have been investigated. Static and dynamic mechanical tests, infra-red spectrometry have been adopted. The results show that the elastic recovery and heat resistance of the dry-spinning spandex are better than that of melt-spinning spandex.TTlis is explained by the difference of the micro-phase separation structure of the two fibers.
