改性涤纶膨体变形丝拉伸工艺的改进

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了在改性涤纶膨体变形丝(BCF)的生产过程中,通过改进拉伸系统,由原来的一级拉伸改进为两级拉伸,优化拉伸工艺,不但提高了产量,而且产品断裂强度也有较大提高,保证了质量要求。
In the production of easy cation-dyeable polyester bulked continuous filament(ECDP-BCF),the one-stage drafting is replaced by two-stage drafting.The improvement of drafting system,not only the output is increased,but also breaking tenacity of the product is improved greatly.
