黏胶纤维/腈纶混纺织物定量分析研究

摘要(Abstract):

为了对黏胶纤维/腈纶混纺织物进行定量分析,根据黏胶纤维和腈纶在不同试剂中的溶解性差异,采用二甲基甲酰胺法、质量分数59.5%硫酸法和质量分数36%盐酸法三种方案对黏胶纤维/腈纶混纺面料进行了纤维含量定量分析。通过试验得出:在保证准确度的同时,质量分数59.5%硫酸法和质量分数36%盐酸法都具有安全性高的优点;在黏胶纤维/腈纶混纺织物的实际检测中可大力推广质量分数59.5%硫酸法和质量分数36%盐酸法。
In order to quantitatively analyze the viscose fiber/acrylic fiber blended fabric, according to the solubility difference of viscose fiber and acrylic fiber in different reagents, dimethylformamide method, the mass fraction of 59.5% sulfuric acid method and the mass fraction of 36% hydrochloric acid method were used to quantitatively analyze the fiber content of viscose fiber/acrylic fiber blended fabric. The results show that both the mass fraction of 59.5% sulfuric acid method and the mass fraction of 36% hydrochloric acid method have the advantages of high safety while the accuracy is guaranteed. In the actual testing of viscose fiber/acrylic fiber blended fabric, the mass fraction of 59.5% sulfuric acid method and mass fraction of36% hydrochloric acid method can be popularized.
