芳纶/玻纤混杂纤维增强摩阻材料的研究Preparation of Reinforcement of Aramid Fiber and Fiberglass

摘要(Abstract):
针对摩阻材料无石棉化的发展趋势,以丁腈橡胶改性酚醛为树脂基体,芳纶浆粕-玻纤混杂为增强体,研制出一种混杂纤维增强摩阻材料。经检测,该材料力学性能较高,摩擦性能稳定,摩擦因数在0.45 ̄0.60,同时具有较好的耐磨性。
The blend of aramid and fiberglass was selected as reinforcement and butyronitile modified phenolic resin was selected as precursor to make high performance reinforced friction-resistance material in relacing of asbestos. The testing results showed that the material with good friction stability and high dynamic mechnical properties was an idea brake friction material.
