聚砜酰胺的半连续化聚合研究

摘要(Abstract):

聚砜酰胺纤维是耐热性能优异的耐高温纤维。在间歇式聚合的基础上,选用双螺杆挤出机作为反应器,对聚砜酰胺进行了半连续化聚合的研究。研究表明:与间歇式聚合相比,采用双螺杆挤出机进行半连续化聚合可以大大加快反应完成的速度,同时还容易制得相对分子质量较高的聚合物。
Polysulfonamide fiber has good heat resistance. In this paper, on the basis of intermittent polymerization, twin screw extruder chosen as the reactor, the semi-continuous polymerization of polysulfonamide is investigated. The results show that compared with the intermittent polymerization, the semi-continuous polymerization can greatly improve the reaction rate, and polymer with high relative molecular weight can be easily obtained.
