本文介绍了对TM-500型纺丝卷绕机进行双层化改造,由二头纺改为四头纺生产涤纶细旦丝的经验。阐述了该机改造的必要性、改造的主要部件及改造后的特点和产品质量。还比较了改造前后的经济效益。
Experiences in the "two deck" reform of Model TM-800 spin-winding machine are introduced that is, from 2 head spinning changes to 4 head for the production of polyester fine filaments. The necessity of the reform, main parts to be reformed and the features as well as the product quality thereafter are described, also wtth a comparison of economic benefit before and after reformation.
