废旧锦纶/涤纶/氨纶复合面料的溶解回收

摘要(Abstract):

采用二水合氯化钙/甲醇体系和醇碱联合体系分别对废旧锦纶/涤纶/氨纶复合面料中的锦纶和涤纶进行溶解,通过单因素试验确定复合面料的最佳溶解顺序为锦纶→涤纶→氨纶。按这一工艺依次进行溶解并回收聚酰胺6和对苯二甲酸粉末,使用X射线衍射仪和红外光谱仪对制得的回收产物进行测试分析,结果表明:红外光谱吸收峰的峰形与标准产物的基本保持一致;X射线衍射的峰形与标准产物相比基本保持不变。
The polyamide fiber and polyester fiber in the waste polyamide/polyester/Spandex composite fabric were dissolved by using the calcium chloride/methanol system and the alcohol-base combination system respectively, and the optimal dissolution order of composite fabric determined by single factor test was polyamide fiber→polyester fiber→Spandex. According to this process, polyamide 6 and terephthalic acid powder were dissolved and recovered in turn. X-ray diffraction and infrared spectrometer were used to test and analyze the recovered products. The results show that the absorption peaks of infrared spectra are basically consistent with those of standard products. The peak shape of X-ray diffraction remains roughly the same as that of the standard product.
