摘要(Abstract)：

根据生产需要,探索如何控制细旦涤纶FDY的条干不匀率,通过试验指出,选择适当的冷却条件和纺丝速度;提高集束上油位置,并做好丝路的调整与清洁工作,可以改善条干的均匀性。
Investigations are carried out to control the titer evenness of fine denier polyester FDY. The result shows that selecting suitable cooling condition and spinning speed, raising the position of collection and finishing also well doing the work of adjustment and cleaning of the thread path can greatly improve the titer evenness.
