聚乙交酯纤维的结构及其降解性能Structure and Degradation Properties of Polyglycolic Acid Fibers

摘要(Abstract):
纺制了聚乙交酯(PGA)纤维,并对其进行了不同温度和时间的热处理。对处理后PGA纤维的结构进行了测试,并将其放置于恒温箱的磷酸盐缓冲液中进行两周降解处理,研究了不同热处理工艺下PGA纤维的结构及降解性能。试验结果表明:随着热处理温度的提高,PGA纤维材料的晶区取向度变化不大,结晶度逐渐增大,晶粒尺寸也相应发生变化;在试验条件下,经过恒温缓冲液两周时间的降解处理,纤维的强度保持率随热处理温度提高呈现先增大后降低的趋势,纤维的强度保持率在110℃出现最大值;同时,在热处理温度110℃时,随着热处理时间的延长,PGA纤维的强度保持率增加。
Polyglycolic acid(PGA) fibers were prepared by spinning and different drawing process, then were heat set in relaxation with different temperature and time. The structure of PGA fibers after heat treatment were characterized. After that the PGA fibers were placed in the incubator for two weeks for degrading treatment. The study showed that with the increase of the relaxation heat setting temperature, the crystal orientation of the PGA fibers had a little changes, but the crystallinity and the crystalline region increased;with the increasing temperature of heat setting, the strength retention of fiber increased at first then reduced, biggest at 110 ℃; with the increasing time of heat setting, the strength retention of PGA fibers increased.
