提高聚酰胺66工业丝纺丝产能的生产探讨Discussion on Increasing the Spinning Capacity of Polyamide 66 Industrial Yarn

摘要(Abstract):
在连续聚合、牵伸定形一步法生产工艺和现有技术装备条件下,研究高速纺丝对设备、纺丝工艺、产品力学性能及生产情况的影响。通过对装备的技术改造,最终确定生产940 dtex/144 f聚酰胺66工业丝时纺丝速度从原来的2 000 m/min提高到3 000 m/min。改造后,产能提高50%以上,聚酰胺66工业丝力学性能保持稳定,断丝次数和废丝率与增速前基本持平。
Under the conditions of continuous polymerization, drafting and setting one-step production process and existing technical equipment, the effects of high-speed spinning on equipment, spinning process,product properties and production situation were studied. Through technical transformation of the equipment, the production speed of 940 dtex/144 f polyamide 66 industrial yarn is finally determined to increase from the original 2 000 m/min to 3 000 m/min. After modification, the production capacity increases by more than 50%, and the physical properties of precursor remains stable, the number of broken yarns and the rate of waste yarns are basically the same as before.
