摘要(Abstract):
以普通商用腈纶为骨架材料,通过对其进行预处理、交联和改性等工艺过程,合成了一种含偕胺肟基的高分子纤维吸附材料,分别用扫描电镜、红外光谱仪、电子拉力机以及化学分析等方法对材料的微观形态结构、分子结构、机械强度及交换容量进行了表征。结果表明:所采用的合成工艺简单、可靠,材料具有良好的机械强度,其偕胺肟基含量达到了9.8~11.4mmol/g。
A chelating fiber with amidoxime functional groups had been prepared from PAN fibers through processes of pre-treatment, crosslinkage and modification. The comprehensive properties, chemical structure, mechanical strength, micro-structure and exchange capacity of the fiber had been characteized by infrared spectrum, tensile testing, SEM and chemical analysis. The results showed that the designed synthesis method was simple and reliable, the mechanical intensity of the fiber was optimum, and the amidoxime content of the fiber was about 9.8~11.4 mmol/g.
