高强高模锦/涤皮芯复合长丝工艺的探索

摘要(Abstract):

用高粘度聚酯切片和高分子量聚酰胺切片在自制的(?)20mm双螺杆复合纺丝机上纺制了锦/涤皮芯复合轮胎帘线.探讨了纺丝温度、拉伸温度与倍数,并与高强涤纶及高强锦纶的纺丝工艺进行了比较.
PA/PET sheath-core composite filaments for tyre cords are produced on the self-made 920 mm twin screw composite spinning machine from chips of high viscosity polyester and high molecular weight polyamide. The temperature in spinning and drawing as well as the draw ratio are investigated in comparison with the spinning technology of PA and PET high tenacity filaments.
