摘要(Abstract)：
介绍了异染型仿真竹节纱的生产技术与工艺流程,讨论分析了异染原理和纺丝速度;侧吹风风速、风温、风湿;纺丝油剂及上油率;拉伸倍数;拉伸罗拉绕丝圈数;拉伸温度;定型温度等工艺参数对其品质与异染效果的影响。
The technique and process for producing differential dyeable fancy slub filament yarn are introduced with discussions on the differential dyeing mechnism and the influences of speed in spinning and lateral blowing,temperature and humidity of the quenching air,spin finish and its take-up,darw ratio and the number of laps on the drawing roller,temperture of drawing and seting etc. on the fibers quality and effects of differential dyeing.
