微机监测控制系统在德国FDY生产线卷绕设备上的应用

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了黑龙江涤纶厂在从德国引进的FDY生产线卷绕设备上加装自行研制的微机监测控制系统的经验。该系统设计思想先进、技术性能良好、设备运行可靠,改善和增加了该生产线的功能,实现了微机对FDY卷绕现场的现代化管理,可供国内拥有类似生产线的厂家参考。
Experinces are introduced by the Heilongjiang Polyester Fiber Factory of the addition of self-made microprocessing monitoring system in winding devices of FDY production line imported from Germany. The system has the merits of advanced designing, excellent performance and reliable operation which improves the function of the production line and realizes the modern management in situ of the FDY winding devices by microprocessor. It is useful for the reference of factories having similar production lines.
