摘要(Abstract):

合理优化工艺条件,在普通POY设备上实现了锦纶66超细旦多孔POY工业化生产,阐述了超细旦POY的生产关键和工艺条件对质量指标和生产率的影响。在生产中,选择Φ92mm、长径比4∶1的平行型喷丝板,纺丝温度在286 ̄292℃,侧吹风温度20 ̄22℃、风速0.7 ̄0.8m/s、风湿75% ̄85%,纺丝张力控制在20 ̄22cN,卷绕速度为4200 ̄4300m/min,可实现超细旦长丝工业生产。
After optimizing process condition reasonably, industrialized production of superfine POY was realized on existing plant. And it also described the production key of superfine porous POY and the influence of process condition on quality and productivity. The process parameters for commercial production as follows: spinneret with ?准92 mm and L/d 4∶1, spinning temperature 286~292 ℃, quench air 20~22 ℃, air velocity 0.7~0.8 m/s, RH 75 %~85 %, spinning tension 20~22 cN, spinning speed 4200~4300 m/min.
