APPLICATION OF RULAND METHOD IN THEDETERMINATION OF CRYSTALLINITYOF SYNTHETIC FIBERS

摘要(Abstract):

Ruland法在WAXD中是一种绝对散射强度测定方法,计算结果中除了得到结晶度外,还能求得晶格畸变因子。本文通过几组实例,介绍了Ruland法在合成纤维结晶度测定中的适用性,并对数据处理条件的选择作了探讨。
The Ruland method is an absolute method for the x-Ray determination of the intensity of scattering light,from the results after calculation not only the crystallinity but also the lattice distortion factor can be obtained,the application of the method in the determination of synthetic fiber are introduced through several examples with discussions on the condition selection in data processing.
