摘要(Abstract)：

通过对纺丝组件预热炉运行状况进行分析,找出了预热炉运行过程中出现的加热温度不匀、超高温不自停、风机振动剧烈导致轴承损坏、叶轮叶片飞脱等故障原因,通过制订并实施合理可行的技术改造方案,提高了组件预热炉运转率,延长了其使用周期。
The operation condition of spin-pack pre-heating stove is analyzed and malfunction of unevenness heating temperature, bearing damage, wheels out of machine are found. The operation rate is increased and operation cycle is extended by the modification plan.
