柔性可穿戴传感器的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

智能可穿戴是一项多种学科相互交叉融合的新兴技术,可穿戴传感器作为智能可穿戴设备的核心器件,其研究进展关系到整个可穿戴行业的进步与发展。从传感器的制造材料出发,对传感器的材料特性和制作工艺进行了综述。重点介绍了压力传感器、生物传感器、光纤传感器以及温湿度传感器的研究现状以及柔性传感器在各领域的不同应用趋势。最后展望了未来可穿戴传感器的发展方向,为以后相关领域的研究提供了理论依据。
Smart wearable is an emerging technology with the integration of multiple disciplines. As the core component of smart wearable devices, the research progress of wearable sensors is related to the progress and development of the whole wearable industry. Starting from the material of the sensor, the material characteristics and manufacturing process of sensors are reviewed. The research status of pressure sensors, biosensors, optical fiber sensors and temperature and humidity sensors, as well as the different application trends of flexible sensors in various fields are mainly introduced. Finally, the future development direction of wearable sensors is prospected, which provides a theoretical basis for future research in related fields.
