预氧化时间对中空形态的聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维性能的影响Effect of Oxidation Time on the Properties of PAN-ACHF

摘要(Abstract):
聚丙烯腈(PAN)中空纤维在空气中250℃分别预氧化不同的时间,在N2气氛下于900℃进行碳化60min,随后用CO2气体在800℃活化40min,得到PAN基活性中空碳纤维(PAN-ACHF)。测定了PAN-ACHF对碘和亚甲基蓝的吸附量,考察了预氧化时间对PAN预氧化纤维的收缩率和芳构化指数以及对PAN-ACHF的活化收率和吸附性能的影响。
PAN hollow fibers were oxidized at 250 ℃ for different time in air, then carbonized at 900 ℃ for 60 min in N2, activated with CO2 at 800 ℃ for 40 min. The adsorption capacity to iodine and methylene blue of the resultant activated hollow carbon fibers (ACHF) were tested. The effects of oxidation time on the shrinkage ratio and aromatic index (AI) of oxidation fibers and the yield ratio and adsorption properties of the resultant ACHF were studied.
