摘要(Abstract)：
针对涤纶纺粘非织造布生产过程中遇到的产品均匀度问题,从切片含水率、生产速度、侧吹风冷却、牵伸速率、丝束密度、成网工艺等方面进行初步的工艺探讨,并针对性地提出了相应的解决方案。
Based on product uniformity problem of polyester spunbond nonwoven production,the process is preliminary discussed from chip moisture content,production speed,drawing velocity,quench air,bundle density and web-forming.The related measure is pointed out.
