低温易定形氨纶的定形机制
Heat Setting Mechanism for Low Temperature Easy Setting Spandex

摘要(Abstract):

测试了一种常规氨纶与一种低温易定形氨纶的定形效率及其定形前后力学性能的变化,并利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了热处理过程中常规氨纶与低温易定形氨纶的热力学行为,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)研究了加热过程中,常规氨纶与低温易定形氨纶的结构变化,发现130℃下,低温易定形氨纶的定形效率远远高于常规氨纶。低温易定形氨纶的定形机制为:升温使得组成纤维的聚合物链段获得足够的能量,分子链间氢键发生解离,分子链被拉伸滑移,当温度降低时,分子链重新形成氢键,并在新的位置被固定下来,进而实现纤维的热定形。
The mechanical properties of a kind of conventional Spandex and a kind of low temperature easy setting Spandex were tested,using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)compared their thermodynamic behavior,also using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)studied their structural transformation during the heating process.Founding that at the temperature of 130 ℃,the heat setting efficiency of low temperature easy setting Spandex was much higher than that of the conventional spandex,and it's heat setting mechanism was that polymer chain segments got enough energy during the heating process,the hydrogen bond during the polymer chains was decomposed,polymer chains got stretched and could slip to a new position,when the temperature went down,hydrogen bond reformed again and got fixed in the new position,thus the fiber achieved it's heat setting.
