摘要(Abstract):
介绍了点复合吸水垫芯布的试制过程,分析了工艺路线、纤维原料及配比的选择,详细叙述了工艺制作过程。为了更好衡量产品的性能,在参考了GB/T 24218.6—2010的基础上自定了吸水量和芯吸高度的测试方法。测试结果表明:该吸水垫芯布吸水效果好,伸长率达到40%~70%,同时具有好的手感。
The trial production process of dot composite water absorption pad is discussed, the choices of process route, fiber material and ratio are analyzed, and the process is described in detail. In order to better measure the performance of the product, based on the GB/T 24218.6—2010, the test method of water absorption and wicking height has been determined. The results show that the water absorption efficiency of the pad is good, and the elongation is 40%~70%. At the same time the pad has a good feel.
