摘要(Abstract)：
针对许多原DTY机无定长定重装置的情况,在DTY机上加装定长定重落筒系统,并应用于涤纶长丝生产中。介绍了定长定重单元的软、硬件设计及定长定重管理系统的设计。生产实践证明:采用定长定重控制与管理系统,可以获得重量基本相同的长丝卷装筒子,满足了织造的需要。
Aiming at the doffing system with fixed length and weight was added in DTY machines,and applied it to the polyester filament production. The design of soft and hard wares of fixed length and weight unit and design of managing system were introduced. With the controlling and managing system of fixed length and weight,the polyester filament tubes with same weight were made and met the needs of the weaving.
