聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯杂化纤维的制备及其性能

摘要(Abstract):

采用偶氮二异丁氰(AIBN)作为引发剂,通过α-硫代甘油(TG)与八乙烯基低聚倍半硅氧烷(OVPOSS)的硫醇-烯点击反应制备了多羟基低聚倍半硅氧烷(POSS-OH)。采用溶液共混静电纺丝法制备了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)和POSS-OH的杂化纤维,并考察了POSS-OH对纤维形貌和性能的影响。结果表明:随着POSS-OH含量的增加,纤维的直径和珠粒结构尺寸减小,表面疏水性增加,热稳定性提高。
Multi-hydroxyl polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(POSS-OH)was successfully synthesized by thiol-ene click reaction between α-thioglycerol(TG)and octavinyl polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(OVPOSS)in the presence of 2,2'-azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN)as the initiator.The hybrid fiber of polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)and POSS-OH was fabricated through the static electrospinning of their solution.Moreover,the morphology and characterization of PMMA/POSS-OH hybrid fiber was investigated.Results showed that the increase of the dosage of POSS-OH could decrease the fiber diameter and beads size,enhance the hydrophobicity of hybrid fiber,and improve its thermal stability.
