侧吹风在锦纶军用特品丝纺制中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

分析了锦纶军用特品丝纺丝过程中,侧吹风对纤维纤度变异系数、断裂强度变异系数、断裂伸长变异系数的影响。通过对峰巢状整流器的当量直径及L/d的变换,同时采用多孔板调节冷却气流分布及适当延长渐冷区等方法,克服了冷却条件对"三不匀"的影响。
The influences of side blowing on variation coefficient of fiber fineness,strength and elongation were analyzed,in the process of spinning PA filament yarn used for military products.Via changes of equivalent diameter and L/d of honeycomb rectifier,adoption of perforated plate in regulating cooling air distribution and prolong cooling zone,the effects of cooling condition on unevenness of fiber fineness,strength and elongation were overcome.
