高强高模聚乙烯醇纤维断裂伸长率研究Research on the Elongation at Break of High Strength and High Modulus PVA Fiber

摘要(Abstract):
通过对原液溶解状况、纺丝成形、丝束含硼量的控制,在对纤维进行高倍拉伸的情况下,设置较高的热定形温度和冷却收缩率,可获得高强度、高断裂伸长率的高强高模聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维。热定形温度为200℃、冷却收缩3 m时,得到了断裂强度13.0 cN/dtex、断裂伸长率7.4%的产品。
High strength and high modulus PVA fiber with high elongation can be obtained by controlling the dissolving solution, spinning forming and boron content with setting higher heat temperature and higher cooling shrinkage. When the heat temperature is 200 ℃ and the cooling shrinkage is 3 m, the product with strength of 13.0 cN/dtex and elongation of 7.4% is obtained.
