摘要(Abstract):
利用熔体直接纺的工艺路线,采用环吹风冷却,成功研制了83.3 dtex/48 f中空吸湿排汗涤纶低弹丝。生产中,喷丝板的孔形采用分离式设计,由96个半圆形孔组成,孔与孔之间保持适当的间距,两两对应,喷丝板孔设计采用了圆形的排布方式,在18.5 MPa的组件压力下,纺丝温度控制在292℃较为合理;后加工工艺选择较低的车速,较小的拉伸倍数;生产的产品质量稳定,异形效果好。
Using direct spinning and circular quenching,the 83.3 dtex/48 f moisture absorption and sweat release hollow polyester DTY is developed.The results indicate that the product quality is stable,when spinnerette spurts hole is separation in design and composed of 96 semicircle holes,between holes maintains the suitable spacing two correspondences,and holes in circular distribution method,the spinning pressure 18.5 MPa,the spinning temperature 292℃and low speed.
