VARTM制备苎麻复合材料的工艺参数正交试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

采用正交试验研究了导流介质种类、真空度、铺层方式、预处理方式等4种因素对苎麻复合材料拉伸强度的影响。结果表明:真空度和铺层方式对苎麻复合材料拉伸强度的影响最大。结合极差分析与二次统计法确定了本试验的最优方案为:导流介质2,真空度-0.085 MPa,铺层方式为交织,预处理方式为偶联剂。
The effects of the diversion type medium, vacuum degree, lamination method, pretreatment methods on the properties of ramie composites were studied by orthogonal test. The results indicated that the vacuum degree and the lamination method on the tensile strength of ramie composites are the largest.Combining range analysis and quadratic statistics method, the optimal scheme of this experiment is determined as: diversion medium 2, vacuum degree-0.085 MPa, lamination method is interweave, and pretreatment method is coupling agent.
