摘要(Abstract):

利用酯交换法,研究国产生物基1,3-丙二醇中可能含有的杂质(1,4-丁二醇、2,3-丁二醇、3-羟基丙酸、乳酸)对生物基对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)聚合反应的影响。通过研究投料比、酯化温度、缩聚温度,确立了较为优化的聚合反应条件。通过微量添加不同含量的杂质,揭示了杂质含量对酯交换率、PTT聚酯产物分子质量及黏度,以及产物所含低聚物的含量的影响。
By the transesterification method,the effect of possible impurities(1,4-BDO,2,3-BDO,3-hydroxypropionic acid,lactic acid) in domestic bio-based 1,3-propanediol on the polymerization reaction ofbio-based polytrimethylene terephthalate(PTT) was studied.By studying the feed ratio,esterification temperature,and polycondensation temperature,more optimized polymerization conditions were established.By adding a small amount of impurities with different contents,the influence of the impurity content on thetransesterification rate,the molecular weight and viscosity of the PTT polyester product,and the content of the oligomer contained in the product was revealed.
