间位芳纶基导电短纤维的性能
Study on the Properties of Meta-Aramid Conductive Staple Fiber

摘要(Abstract):

采用单因子试验法对间位芳纶基导电短纤维进行酸碱处理,并改变处理时的酸碱浓度、温度和时间,研究这3个因素对其抗静电性能的影响。测试了间位芳纶基导电短纤维的体积比电阻和力学性能,并对其纵向进行扫描电镜观察,结果显示:酯碱浓度、温度和时间均对间位芳纶基导电短纤维的抗静电性能稍有影响,但对其力学性能影响不大。
A single factor affection experiment is carried out to evaluate the influences of three factors such as concentration, temperature and time on antistatic properties when the fibers are treated with acid and alkali. The volume resistivity and mechanical properties of meta-aramid conductive staple fiber are measured, then the longitudinal scanning is observed by the TEM. The result showes that the three factors have slight effect on antistatic properties of meta-aramid conductive staple fiber and little effect on mechanical performance.
