摘要(Abstract)：

现有的卷绕操作平台因投产时间较早，不仅存在安全隐患，还浪费劳动力资源，为达到提升安全生产的管控能力和单位效益的双重效果，对原来的卷绕操作平台进行升级改造，利用较少的改造成本，经过一系列设计改造，降低了员工劳动强度，实现了安全生产和品质管理的目标。
The existing winding operation platform is put into operation earlier,which not only has potential safety hazards,but also wastes labor resources.In order to achieve the dual effects of improving the management and control ability of safety production and improving the unit efficiency,the original winding operation platform is upgraded and transformed,using less modification cost and through a series of design and transformation,so as to reduce the labor intensity of employees,achieve the objectives of safety production and quality management.
