聚烯烃热粘合复合纤维的研究——聚合物的分子量及熔体流变性能

摘要(Abstract):

本文研究了若干种牌号聚丙烯和聚乙烯切片的分子量及分子量分布、热性能、熔体流变性能和可纺性,并进行了比较,指出熔融指数为20~33,分子量为14~16万的聚丙烯和熔融指数为15~25,分子量为7~12万的聚乙烯可以满足复合纺丝的需要,纺制过程中.聚乙烯熔体粘度下降幅度要大于聚丙烯.
In this paper,some brands of PP and PE chips are analysed and compared for their molecular weight, MWD,heat behavior,melt rheology and spinnabilities. The result indicates PP with melt index of 20-33,MW of 14-16×104 and PE with melt index of 15-25,MW of 7-12×104 can be used for the composite spinning. Besides,the melt viscosity of PE is decreasing more than that of PP while in the spinning.
