关于吸丝枪项目设计与现场管理的能耗分析

摘要(Abstract):

长期以来,化纤行业对吸丝枪的认识只是单纯使用,管理方面也只限于及时关闭以及防止漏气等简单操作。随着国家对民用锦纶单位产品综合能耗标准的实施,如何通过精细化管理,对能耗深入挖潜,提高能源使用率,是每家企业都要面临的大课题。事实上,从项目的设计到现场使用管理,吸丝枪与能耗存在着紧密的联系,压缩空气系统大部分能耗费用都在运行环节上。介绍了如何根据产品品种和生产条件来选择合适的吸丝枪,以及与之相匹配的供气压力,从而降低能耗,增加企业效益。
For a long time, the cognition of chemical fiber enterprises to the yarn suction gun is only the use,and the management is limited to the simple operation such as timely closing the suction gun and preventing air leakage. With the implementation of the national comprehensive energy consumption standard for civil nylon products unit, how to deeply tap the potential of energy consumption and improve the energy utilization rate through fine management is a big topic for every enterprise. In fact, from the design of the project to the use and management of the site, there is a close relationship between the yarn suction gun and the energy consumption. Most of the energy consumption cost of the compressed air system is in the operation process. According to the product varieties and production conditions to choose the appropriate suction gun and the matching air supply pressure is introduced, so as to reduce energy consumption and increase enterprise benefits.
