异收缩混纤丝的发展现状及研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

概述了异收缩混纤丝的一步法和二步法生产技术,分别讨论了各方法的工艺路线、技术难易、成本高低及产品的质量和特点,相互之间作了一定的比较,认为一步法异收缩混纤丝的生产技术具有流程短、能耗物耗低、定长定重、产品稳定性好等优异的性能,是未来异收缩混纤丝的发展方向。同时,对异收缩混纤丝的进一步发展提出了建议,认为需要增加新型品种、增加原料组合的多样性,对异收缩混纤丝的关键生产技术加强研究,提升价值,提高市场竞争力。
Production technologies of bishrinkage yarns including one-step progress and two-step progress were overviewed.Each process route,technical difficulties,the cost,the qualities and features of final products were discussed and compared.One-step progress to produce bishrinkage yarns had outstanding performances such as short process route,low energy consumption,products fixed constant length and weight,stable product quality.It would be the development direction in the future.Proposals were put for ward for the further development of bishrinkage yarns.It was very important to increase new varieties and the diversity of raw meterials,strength the research of key technologies in order to promote value and im prove market competitiveness.
