摘要(Abstract):
简单介绍了国外聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)纤维的制备方法,重点介绍了一种国产PTFE膜裂纤维的制造方法及其制品在不同领域的应用。通过对不同的影响因素进行研究,确定了PTFE长纤维和短纤维膜裂技术加工方法的工艺流程。研究表明,膜裂后可得到较高的合适的取向度,纤维的强度有显著提高,长纤维抗拉强度达2.9 cN/dtex以上,比国内同类产品高1倍以上,达到了国际同类产品的先进水平。
A new type of PTFE split fiber manufacturing method and its applications in different fields are introduced.Through the different influence factors and process research,the PTFE filament and staple fiber by membrane splitting technology and process is determined.Studies show that after the film splitting,the orientation and fiber strength are significantly improved and filament tensile strength up to 2.9 cN/dtex,two times of other domestic product reaches international advanced level.
