超高速液相色谱-质谱联用法测定纺织品中6种荧光增白剂
Determination of Six Fluorescent Whitening Agents in Textile by Ultra-High Performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要(Abstract):

建立了纺织品中6种荧光增白剂(FWAs)的超高效液相色谱-质谱-质谱(UPCL-MS-MS)测试法。该方法以三氯甲烷-甲醇(体积比8∶2)为溶剂,二次超声前处理,流动相为乙腈-2.5 mmol/L乙酸胺溶液(p H=5.0),采用串联质谱ESI正模式电离,多反应监测(MRM)模式检测。试验结果表明:该方法能将6种FWAs有效分离,且线性关系较好,线性相关系数均在0.998 4以上,检出限为0.01~0.15 mg/L。方法的平均回收率为89.5%~102.3%,相对标准偏差为1.5%~3.7%。该方法简单、可靠,适用于实际工作中纺织品中FWAs的快速检测。
A method of simultaneous determination of six fluorescent whitening agents(FWAs) in texiles bya ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPCL-MS) was set up. Thesamples were extracted by ultrasonic extraction with trichloromethane-methanol. The analysis was carriedout in a teversed-phase BEH C18 column by gradient elution with acetonitrile-2.5 mmol/L acetate(pH=5.0) as mobile phase. Electrospray ionization mass was operated in the positive mode(ESI~+) using multiplereaction monitoring(MRM).The simulation showed that it could effectively separate the 6 kinds of FWAs,the calibration cuves for the method were linear,the detection limits varied from 0.01 to 0.15 mg/L and thelinear correlation coefficients was higher than 0.9984,the average recoveries were from 89.5% to 102.3%,the relative standard deviation was from 1.5% to 3.7%. The method was accurate,rapid and adapt to the de-termination of the FWAs in textile.
