摘要(Abstract)：

介绍了聚丙烯纤维的发展历史及我国聚丙烯纤维的现状。预计今后10年,我国对丙纶的要求将不断提高,年均需求增长率将在7%￣9%。分析了细旦彩色丙纶发展停滞的原因,并介绍了生产细旦彩色丙纶的6个要素:色母粒制造;进料系统;螺杆;组件;纺丝张力控制;假捻变形机的选取和使用。为用户提供了聚丙烯长丝的使用注意事项,并介绍了细旦丙纶的应用。
The development history of PP fiber and the present situation of PP fiber industry in China are described. During the next 10 years, demand of PP fiber in China will be continuously increasing, annual growth rate will be 7 %~9 %. The reason of stagnation development in colored PP fine fiber industry is analyzed. The 6 key elements of colored PP fine fiber production: masterbatch preparing, feeding system,spinpack, tension control and selection and operation of false-twist texturing machine are introduced. Suggestions in application of PP filament are provided.
