醇碱联合法回收废旧纯涤纶纺织品技术
Recovery of Waste Polyester Fabric by Alcohol Alkali Combined Method

摘要(Abstract):

采用醇碱联合法溶解废旧纯涤纶纺织品并进行回收。利用单因素试验法分析碱金属化合物的种类、醇的种类、溶解时间、反应温度和二氧六环(DX)的体积分数等因素对涤纶溶解效果的影响。试验得出,溶解废旧涤纶的最佳条件为:以氢氧化钾作为碱金属化合物,乙醇作为水解醇,溶解时间为30~40 min,溶解温度170℃,DX的体积分数为20%。
Alcohol alkali combined method was used to dissolve and recycle waste polyester fabric. The effects of the types of alkali metal compounds, the types of alcohols, the dissolution time, the reaction temperature and the volume fraction of dioxane(DX) on the dissolution of polyester fabric were analyzed by single factor experiment. The results showed the optimum conditions for dissolving the polyester fiber were as follows: potassium hydroxide was used as the alkali metal compound, ethanol was used as the hydrolyzed alcohol, the dissolution time was 30~40 min, the dissolution temperature was 170 ℃, the volume fraction of DX was 20%.
