碳纤维前罩总成VARI成型工艺及其性能研究

摘要(Abstract):

采用C1-L150-12碳纤维单轴向织物,通过VARI成型真空导入一定比例的EpoTech~?4330A环氧树脂主剂和EpoTech~?4330B环氧树脂固化剂制造碳纤维前罩内、外板,通过工装黏接得到碳纤维前罩总成,分析研究了碳纤维前罩总成VARI成型工艺、碳纤维前罩总成外观表面质量,并使用检具对碳纤维前罩总成进行了全尺寸检测。结果表明:树脂的混合温度保持在(36±2)℃进行注胶时,内、外板的表面质量和质量控制最好,外观质量满足汽车车身装车要求;碳纤维前罩总成的全尺寸合格率为98.7%,满足设计要求。
The inner and outer panels of the carbon fiber front cover were fabricated by using C1-L150-12 carbon fiber uniaxial fabric and introducing a certain proportion of EpoTech~?4330A epoxy resin main agent and EpoTech~?4330B epoxy resin curing agent through VARI forming vacuum and the carbon fiber front cover assembly was obtained by bonding the tools. The VARI forming process and the surface quality of carbon fiber front cover assembly were studied and the full size was tested with checking fixture. The results show that when the mixing temperature of resin is kept at(36±2) ℃, the surface quality and weight of inner and outer plates are controlled best, and the appearance quality meets the requirements of automobile body loading. The pass rate of the full-scale test of the carbon fiber front cover assembly is 98.7%, meeting the design requirements.
