PPTA共聚纤维的WAXD研究WAXD INVESTIGATION OF COPOLYMERIZED PPTA FIBERS

摘要(Abstract):
本文通过共聚PPTA纤维子午线上的WAXD分布,研究了共聚对晶体尺寸和点阵畸变的影响,实验结果证明了Hosemann准晶衍射理论对芳香聚酰胺纤维的适用性。作者根据赤道和子午衍射点的位置,按准正交晶系计算了纤维的晶胞参数,并对外加张力和共聚效应与晶胞尺寸的关系作了讨论。
The influence of copolymerization on crystallite size as well as lattice distortions of PPTA fibers has been investigated by WAXD in terms of meridional intensity distribution. The result demonstrates that Hosemann's theory of paracrystalline diffraction is suitable for aramid fibers. From equatorial and meridional reflection position. unit-cell parameters of the fibers have been calculated by paraorthorhombic system assumption. The relationship between unit-cell size and applied tension cr copolymerization effect is also discussed.
