水相沉淀与溶液聚合法合成丙烯腈共聚物的对比Comparative Study of Acrylonitrile Copolymer Prepared by Aqueous Deposited and Solution Polymerization

摘要(Abstract):
分别采用水相沉淀聚合法和溶液聚合法合成丙烯腈共聚物,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁测试(13C-NMR)对共聚物的结构进行了分析与表征,并采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)对比了两种聚合方法所得到的共聚物的热性能。结果表明:溶液聚合中参与共聚的衣康酸(IA)的份数要稍多于水相沉淀聚合;水相沉淀聚合得到的共聚物的全同立构体的含量(28.61%)稍高于溶液聚合得到的(21.15%);溶液聚合得到的共聚物在200~300℃之间的放热峰比水相沉淀聚合得到的共聚物的放热峰宽,且放热峰的峰值温度较水相沉淀聚合的低。
Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) was prepared by aqueous deposited and solution polymerization. The structures and thermal properties of copolymer were characterized and compared by IR、13C-NMR、DSC respectively. It had been found that compared to the solution polymerization, the copolymer that was prepared in water medium had lower itaconic acid content, higher isotacticity (28.61 %)and more narrow exothermal peak in the range of temperature(200~300 ℃), higher peak temperature showed by DSC.
