摩擦制动用碳纤维复合材料的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

碳纤维复合材料作为多相材料,因其摩擦系数大、高温氧化性能好、力学性能优良等诸多优点成为了新一代高性能材料,广泛应用于航天航空、国防军工及高端民用领域。作为高性能摩擦材料,在高铁、飞机、重型卡车和高端汽车领域具有广泛的应用前景。结合其在摩擦制动领域的应用现状,重点介绍了用于生产C/C-SiC材料制动盘的主流预制体成型方法和复合工艺的特点、研究现状及存在的问题,并指出低成本、高性能是未来摩擦制动用C/C-SiC材料的研究方向和发展重点。
As a multiphase material, carbon fiber composites have become a new generation of high-performance materials due to their large friction coefficient, good high-temperature oxidation performance, and excellent mechanical properties. As a high-performance frictionmaterial, it has broad application prospects in the fields of high-speed rail, aircraft, heavy-duty trucks and high-end automobiles. Combined with its application status in the field of friction braking, the characteristics of mainstream preform molding methods and composite processes for the production of C/C-SiC brake discs, the research status and the existing problems are emphatically introduced. It is pointed out that low cost and high performance are the research direction and development focus of C/C-SiC materials for friction braking in the future.
