丙烯腈/醋酸乙烯酯/对苯乙烯磺酸钠三元共聚物干法纺丝研究

摘要(Abstract):

以连续水相悬浮聚合方法对丙烯腈(AN)/醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)/对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)三元共聚进行了研究,确定了合适的聚合工艺条件,采用过硫酸钾和亚硫酸氢钠氧化还原引发体系,反应温度60℃,pH值控制在2 ̄3,可以得到特性黏度1.40的聚合物。以干法腈纶纺丝技术进行了纺丝试验,生产出伸度、染色性能优良的腈纶,纤维物理机械性能也达到了以丙烯酸甲酯(MA)作为第二单体的腈纶的性能指标。
The continuous suspension polymerization of AN/VAc/SSS three component copolymer was investigated. At the polymerization conditions of reaction temperature 60 ℃, pH value 2~3 and using potassium persulfate and sodium bisulfite as oxidizing-reducing initiator, the polymer with IV 1.40 was prepared. By the experiment of dry spinning, the PAN fiber with good elongation and optimum dyeing property was produced. The other mechnical properties of the fiber were same as the fiber using MA as the second monomer.
