填塞箱卷曲的形成过程、形成条件及填塞箱体应力分布分析PROCESS AND CONDITION OF CRIMP FORMATION AND STRESS DISTRIBUTION IN THE STUFFING BOX

摘要(Abstract):
本文通过连续的静态摄影,分析了填塞箱卷曲的形成过程.通过建立力学模型,分析了填塞箱卷曲的形成条件,认为只有当卷曲的半波长λ达到极限值时,才能发生连续卷曲.最后借助应力传感器,分析了填塞卷曲箱箱体内壁沿丝束前进方向上的应力分布,并且提出:丝束在通过填塞箱的同时进行热定型,有助于卷曲的保持.
Through continuous static photographing and by means of a mechanical model the formation and its condition of crimps in the stuffing box are analysed, the crimps are formed continuously only when the half-wave length of crimp gets to its limit. Stress distribution is measured by sensors along the direction of moving filaments, it is put forward that the simultaneous heat-setting is farorable to the crimp retention when the tow passing through stuffing box.
