木棉纤维混纺的研究与应用进展

摘要(Abstract):

剖析了木棉纤维的主要组成成分及基本理化性能,介绍了其由于强力低、相对扭转刚度大且抱合力差等缺点难以单独成纱的原因,进一步探讨了木棉纤维与其它纤维混纺的产品特点与纺纱工艺参数,并列举出不同种类的木棉纤维混纺产品实例,为进一步提高木棉纤维的可纺性,扩大木棉纤维在纺织品上的应用范围与开发前景提供参考。
Abstraclt: By analyzing the main components and basic physical and chemical properties of kapok fiber,the reason why it is difficult to make yarn by itself due to its disadvantages such as low strength, large relative torsional stiffness and poor cohesion is introduced. The product characteristics and spinning process parameters blended with other fibers are further discussed. Examples of different kinds of kapok fiber blended products are given to further improve the spinnability of kapok fiber and expand the application scope and development prospects of kapok fiber in textiles.
