摘要(Abstract):

非织造布的厚度大于显微镜的景深会造成采集到的显微图像存在部分区域模糊的多焦面问题。结合图像的空间域和频率域特征,提出了一种基于空间域清晰度评价和频率域小波变换的多聚焦图像融合算法,旨在获得清晰的全聚焦非织造图像,并基于此融合结果测量非织造布内纤维直径分布。通过与单一的空间域、频率域以及一种基于优化的多聚焦图像融合方法比较,结果表明,所提出的多聚焦图像融合方法在人类视觉特性和客观评价方面都能获得良好的效果。
When the thickness of nonwovens is greater than the depth of field of the microscope, there will be a problem of multi-focal plane in the collected microscopic image with partial area blurring. Combining the spatial domain and spectral domain characteristics of the image, a multi-focus image fusion algorithm based on spatial domain sharpness evaluation and spectral domain wavelet transform is proposed to obtain a clear full focus nonwoven image, and based on this fusion result, the fiber diameter distribution in the nonwoven fabric is measured. Compared with a single spatial domain, spectral domain and an optimization based multi-focus image fusion method, the results show that the proposed multi-focus image fusion method can achieve good effect in human visual characteristics and objective evaluation.
