Lyocell纤维生产中颜色变化的原因分析

摘要(Abstract):

Lyocell纤维生产过程中,时有纺丝液颜色变深并导致成品白度大幅度下降的情况,并且白度无法再通过漂白工艺进行提高。造成这种情况的原因很复杂,表现形式也多种多样。根据生产实践,对此类现象进行了分析得出:铁铜离子的浓度高时,不仅会造成纺丝液颜色变深,同时会带来严重的安全隐患;离子交换工艺的有效控制能大大减少颜色变深情况的发生;生产过程中还要注意原材料的控制,同时生产过程中要尽量缩短物料停留时间。
During the production process of Lyocell fiber, the color of the spinning liquid sometimes deepens and causes the whiteness of the finished product to decrease greatly, and the whiteness can not be improved by the bleaching process. The reasons of the problem are complicated and the phenomenon is varied. According to the practice of production, this kind of phenomenon is analyzed, and it is concluded that:the spinning solution will become darker when the concentration of iron and copper ions are high, along with the serious safety hazards; the effective control of ion exchange process will dramatically reduce the occurrence of color darkening problem; during production, the control of raw materials should be paid attention to,and at the same time, the material residence time should be shortened as much as possible.
