热致变色再生纤维素纤维及织物的研制和性能

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了热致变色再生纤维素纤维及织物的研制,研讨了热致变色材料对再生纤维素纤维纺丝溶液的熟成度、黏度和可纺性的影响,借助扫描电子显微镜对纤维结构形态进行了观测,对纤维力学性能进行了分析,讨论了加热时间、测试温度和洗涤次数对热致变色再生纤维素纤维织物的变色效果的影响。结果表明:热致变色微胶囊乳液的加入量对黏胶纺丝溶液的熟成度和黏度都有影响;纤维织物变色效果受加热时间影响相对较小,受温度影响较大。
The development of regenerated cellulose fiber and its fabrics with thermochromic effect was introduced, the effects of regenerated cellulosic material on the maturity, viscosity and spinability of regenerated cellulose fiber spinning solution were discussed. The microstructure of fiber was observed by scanning electron microscope, the physical mechanical properties of fiber were analyzed, and the effects of heating time, test temperature and washing times on the discoloration effect of regenerated fiber fabric were discussed. The result show that the addition of the rmochromic microcapsule emulsion has an effect on the maturation and viscosity of the viscose solution. The discoloration effect of fiber fabric is less affected by the heating time and more affected by the temperature.
